Refund policy
We have a 100-day return policy, which means you have 100 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To initiate a refund please notify us within 100 days of your order by emailing info.pawtrimix@gmail.com Please contact our customer service at info.pawtrimix@gmail.com to arrange a refund or any return question.
We will not accept any returns that have not been confirmed via e-mail before.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Exchanges
We do have a very customer friendly exchange policy. The fastest way to initiate an exchange is to email info.pawtrimix@gmail.com and our team will send you all necessary information to continue with your exchange request.
Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your decision to withdraw from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of 100 days. Shipping costs are non refundable.

Donation return policy
As of 1st of November 2024 we have partnered with donation centers to process our pet supplies as donations for pets in need. Simply visit your nearest donation center to contribute, where you will get a donation tax receipt. Simply send us an email with the proof of donation and we will send you a refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
